This policy applies to products purchased on eloumi.com, operated by BEAX LLC, doing business as ELOUMI. We want you and your child to love your ELOUMI product. If it is not right for you, here is how returns work.

In short: 30 days to return an unused product. Return shipping is paid by you for a change of mind or an exchange, and by us for anything defective, damaged or sent in error.

1. 30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange, the product must be:

• unused and unwashed;
• in its original condition, with tags and labels attached;
• returned with all components and, where possible, its original packaging.

2. How to start a return

Email contact@eloumi.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unannounced returns can be delayed or lost.

3. Return shipping costs

• Change of mind or exchange: the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, since we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Defective, damaged in transit or incorrect item: we cover all return shipping costs and send you a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable authorized shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Exchanges

If you would like a replacement unit for a reason other than a defect, contact us and we will arrange an exchange once we receive the original item. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we ship the replacement at no additional shipping charge.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

For a change-of-mind return, the original shipping charge is not refunded. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we refund the full amount paid, including original shipping.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, email us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Reporting later does not remove your rights under our Limited Warranty, which covers defects for one year.

7. Items that cannot be returned for a change of mind

Unless the product is defective or was sent in error, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery or altered, or that are returned after the 30-day window.

8. Order cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund until it ships by emailing contact@eloumi.com. After shipment, the return process above applies.
