This Limited Warranty is provided by BEAX LLC, doing business as ELOUMI, 102 Gold Avenue SW, Ste 603, Albuquerque, NM 87102, United States. It applies to ELOUMI products purchased new from eloumi.com and delivered in the United States. It is available for review before purchase, as required by U.S. law.

1. Who is covered

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and to anyone who receives the product as a gift from the original purchaser, with proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).

2. What is covered and for how long

For one (1) year from the date of delivery, we warrant that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Examples include seams coming apart, zippers, sliders or buckles breaking, straps detaching and faulty stitching.

3. What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or refund the purchase price. We pay all shipping costs for the return of the defective product and for sending the repaired or replacement product. If a replacement is no longer available, we will refund the purchase price.

4. What is not covered

• normal wear and tear, such as fading, pilling or softening of fabric over time;
• damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, overloading, sharp objects, pets or fire;
• damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, bleaching or failure to follow the care instructions;
• products that have been modified or repaired by someone other than ELOUMI;
• loss or theft;
• products not purchased from eloumi.com.

5. How to make a claim

Email contact@eloumi.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a few photos showing the defect. We will reply with the next steps, usually including a prepaid return label. Please do not send the product back before contacting us.

6. Implied warranties

This Limited Warranty does not limit or exclude any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent provided by applicable law.

7. Your rights under state law

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
