When will my order arrive?
Estimated standard delivery for the nightstand is 2–5 business days, including standard processing. Orders ship from our U.S. stock. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $19.95 per nightstand. Furniture is excluded from the backpack free-shipping offer and does not count toward the $50 backpack threshold. In mixed orders, backpack shipping is added separately unless the backpack subtotal is $50 or more after discounts.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship internationally, to U.S. territories or to military addresses. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact contact@eloumi.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order before it ships. A cancellation before shipment receives a full refund.

What if it's not right for us?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The nightstand must be unused, in its original condition and returned with all components. Contact us first for instructions. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from delivery. For covered defects, we repair, replace or refund the product and cover shipping both ways. Normal wear, accidents and misuse are excluded. See the full Limited Warranty.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?
Email contact@eloumi.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you under our returns policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment options are shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, plus bank transfer. Card and digital wallet payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
